In August 2013 Ben decided to wave goodbye to his job, pack his bags and join Hyper Island in Stockholm. Here in January 2014 he co-founded the One Hour Agency with 7 other creatives. A journey that brought him to New York and back to Stockholm to work for agencies and brands such as Sid Lee, Wolff Ollins, Ogilvy, Your Majesty, Hue Studio, Spotify, KLM/ Air France and SBS Radio Sweden.

To submerge into the international ad scene some more, Ben moved to New York to work at Silver + Partners. While in New York he co-developed the NoPhone, the fake phone for people addicted to real phones. The NoPhone went viral, getting published by dozens of publications including FastCompany and The New York Times. To date over 10.000 NoPhones have been shipped across the world.

Ben moved back to Amsterdam where he joined international ad agency 180 Amsterdam to work with clients such as Qatar Airways, Moyee Coffee and 180's own initiated projects. He shares his experiences as a public speaker at Pakhuis de Zwijger, University of Amsterdam and Pecha Kucha.

At Publicis Groupe, Ben works for brands like Nutrilon, Jeep, Mercedes Benz, Scholl, Jillz, Renault and many more.
